This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal depending on organizational need and individual performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Project Manager in managing and supporting GenAI adoption including implementation of GenAI/LLM applications, data preparation and aligning deliverables with objectives, scope, timelines and quality.
• Design and implement GenAI-related products from prototyping to production launch using agile approaches and available tools.
• Evaluate and monitor performance of language models and application systems using metrics and testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements, refine solutions and establish data/knowledge management for integrating GenAI tools.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth planning, execution, and support for GenAI projects.
• Work with IT governance parties to ensure project management, solution architecture, and design comply with AA IT standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Conduct change management activities including training, community of practice, feedback sessions and promotion of GenAI use cases.
• Stay updated on generative AI and airport-relevant AI advancements, governance, and regulations and recommend integration opportunities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for best practices and standards for GenAI adoption within the Authority.
