Digital Project Manager at Airfleet

At Airfleet, we don’t just build websites; we create and continuously optimize revenue-generating digital platforms for tech B2B companies. Our clients are SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, and deep-tech companies that rely on their website to support self-serve buying journeys, influence enterprise decision-makers, and generate pipeline long before a sales conversation begins. We design, develop, and optimize high-performance websites with a strong focus on CRO, SEO & AI search visibility (GEO), analytics, and performance. This means the websites we deliver are expected to perform, not just look good.

We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of these platforms end-to-end.

About the Digital Project Manager Role

As a Digital Project Manager at Airfleet, you are responsible for the end-to-end success of client projects, from discovery and planning through deployment and structured handover. You will own the project’s:

  • Scope
  • Timeline
  • Budget
  • Risks
  • Delivery coordination
  • Project-phase client communication

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring expectations are aligned, decisions are documented, and delivery remains tied to the client’s strategic business goals.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Planning and managing project timelines, milestones, and resources
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams across design, development, QA, SEO, and analytics
  • Managing scope, risks, and change requests throughout delivery
  • Acting as the primary client contact during the project phase
  • Providing structured status updates and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Overseeing QA, UAT, and deployment planning
  • Leading structured project handover into Customer Success

What Success Looks Like

  • Projects delivered on time and within agreed scope and budget
  • High-quality, technically sound, launch-ready outputs
  • Strong project-phase client satisfaction
  • Low rework and minimal escalations
  • Clean handover into Service / Customer Success
  • Accurate and transparent reporting throughout delivery

Requirements

  • 5–9+ years managing complex digital / website projects (agency, consultancy, or SaaS services environment)
  • Proven ownership of delivery across scope, timeline, and budget
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams (design, dev, QA, analytics, SEO)
  • Strong competence in risk management and change control
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English
