Overview

Aircall is the world’s leading integrated customer communications and intelligence platform. The Director of Procurement will lead and optimize the global procurement function, focusing on strategic vendor negotiations, supplier management, cost optimization, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead vendor selection, negotiations, and relationship management.
  • Establish KPIs to track cost savings, supplier efficiency, and risk mitigation.
  • Implement procurement policies and ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal, and other departments to optimize vendor relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

A minimum of 7 years in procurement, vendor management, or sourcing. Proven negotiation expertise, experience managing global vendor relationships, familiarity with spend analytics and ERP systems, and strong stakeholder management are essential.
