Overview

Join our Global Program Domain as a Technical Business Architect at Airbus. In this role, you will optimize customer and product experiences by translating complex business challenges into technical requirements for software development teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Requirements Elicitation: Gather and analyze complex business and operational requirements, focusing on customer pain points and process optimization.
  • Documentation & Blueprinting: Create robust technical documentation including solution designs, operational procedures, and system blueprints in collaboration with Enterprise Architects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as liaison between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving: Conduct detailed analysis to identify systemic issues and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Process Optimization & Roadmapping: Analyze existing business processes, recommend improvements, and help prioritize technical requirements with stakeholders.
  • Technical Discussions: Participate in and facilitate technical workshops and discussions to drive consensus on architectural approaches.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to inform requirements gathering and solution validation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Architecture, or Customer Management (aviation domain preferred).
  • Proficiency in modeling business processes (e.g., UML) and technical systems such as AWS, .Net, C#, Databases.
  • Experience in comprehensive documentation and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, concise language.
