Overview

NAVBLUE, a part of Airbus, is seeking a SAFe Product Owner for the NAVBLUE North America Software Factory team. The role involves turning business and operational needs into actionable User Stories and ensuring their implementation meets the Definition of Done.

Responsibilities

  • Translate requirements from Product Management into User Stories.
  • Collaborate with the development team for seamless implementation.
  • Deploy Lean-Agile principles and break down silos.
  • Bridge the gap between formal recommendations and daily business practices.
  • Work across functional and technical domains effectively.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Minimum 3 years as a Product Owner or equivalent.
  • Experience in the Aviation industry, especially Crew or Flight Operations digital solutions.
  • Expertise in the SAFe framework.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English.

Qualifications

Degree in software engineering, aeronautics or commensurate experience. A commitment to compliance and acting with integrity is essential.
