Cyber Security Specialist

Job Description

Airbus Netherlands B.V. seeks a Cyber Security Specialist to join our IT department in Leiden, The Netherlands. In this role, you will support our space business by performing risk analysis, security assessments, and implementing countermeasures to protect critical IT assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide input for the yearly security improvement plan.
• Identify and assess assets requiring protection.
• Perform security risk analyses and design countermeasures.
• Define project plans and select appropriate suppliers.
• Monitor implemented solutions to identify new vulnerabilities.
• Assess cybersecurity maturity and propose improvements.
• Participate in incident response and security incident management.
• Stay up-to-date with cybersecurity trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Experience or education in the complete Cyber Security landscape.
• 1-2 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience.
• Familiarity with security standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in network security, operating systems, and security tools.
• Excellent English communication skills; Dutch preferred.
• Residency in The Netherlands and the ability to pass security clearance.
