Your Challenges

Customer Experience: Manage on-site logistics such as transportation, catering, hotels, and other services. Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate rates, handle immigration and VISA issues, ensure smooth customer arrival with presentations, IT support, and concierge service, and organize special events and requests.

Facility Management: Monitor maintenance calls, oversee IT equipment and office supplies, assist in employee onboarding, and maintain inventory for the delivery center including beverages and snacks.

Administrative Support: Engage in budget preparation and financial reporting, manage purchase orders and expense allocation in SAP, and maintain up-to-date customer reference documents.

Your Profile

Candidates must hold a certificate in Office Management or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. You should have a customer-centric approach combined with teamwork, leadership, and excellent communication skills in both French and English. Experience with international clients and familiarity with the business aviation industry are assets. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and SAP is required along with the ability to work under pressure and independently.
