Scope of Activities
- Participation in ongoing projects: Actively contribute to various tasks and projects, providing support to existing teams.
- Learning and applying internal processes: Become familiar with ATR's specific working methods, tools, and systems.
- Data collection and analysis: Assist in the research, compilation, and analysis of relevant information.
- Report and documentation writing: Prepare summaries, presentations, and technical/administrative documents.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with various departments and stakeholders.
- Technological/regulatory monitoring: Monitor developments in your area of expertise, if relevant.
- Operational support: Provide daily support to the department's activities.
Missions
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement activities: Design and implement optimized distribution solutions. Support the development of the Boost project's maturity by providing input data.
- Coordinate and Monitor Logistics Activities: Report any issues impacting logistics and/or production activities. Gather requirements from other departments and inform Production of the logistical impacts. Understand and analyze KPIs to anticipate problems and improve the distribution flow from the HUB/Warehouse to the Point of Use (PoU).
- Adapt Distribution Solutions and Ensure Data Management: Adapt distribution solutions where feasible (physical and IT flows). Ensure the creation and maintenance of logistics data and flow mapping, and inform the affected departments. Provide advice and support to the workshop to train them on physical flow issues.
- Manage and Prevent Logistics Risks: Improve performance within your scope through corrective, preventive, and remedial actions. Lead or contribute to the resolution of Practical Problem Solving (PPS).
- Manage logistical resources: Contribute to the design and maintenance of specific logistical resources.
- Manage operational distribution activities: Monitor and analyze the performance of distribution solutions (physical vs. IT flows) and define an action plan if necessary using various IT tools.
Required Qualifications
- Apprentice status: Must be enrolled in a degree program (Associate's to Master's level) requiring an apprenticeship contract in a relevant field (e.g., mechanics, aeronautics, IT, management, business, etc.).
- Motivation and curiosity: Demonstrate a strong interest in the aeronautics sector and learning new skills.
- Rigorous and organized: Ability to work in a structured manner and meet deadlines.
- Team spirit: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Language skills: Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. An intermediate level of English is highly valued, given ATR's international context.
- Computer skills: Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of software specific to the field of study is a plus.
- Autonomy: Ability to take initiative and work independently after a training period.
