Digital Project Leader at Airbus Protect
Airbus is launching a strategic project to collect and analyze consumption and emission data for sustainability goals. This role is crucial to achieving our environmental footprint reduction targets.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Actively participate in deploying a new environmental data collection platform across Airbus group sites.
- Contribute to new process implementation, including formalization, communication, and team acceptance.
- Design and create training and communication materials (user guides, video tutorials, presentations, fact sheets) for user adoption.
- Co-facilitate training sessions and provide direct support to operational teams.
- Propose effective communication and training formats, experimenting with new ideas to maximize impact and buy-in.
- Monitor adoption and gather user feedback for continuous solution improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, IT project management, or sustainability with digital focus.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
- PaaS expertise: Skywise knowledge or familiarity with big data, AI, and databases.
- Knowledge or strong curiosity about sustainability.
- Experience with Lync Big Idea Process (LBIP) and Agile project management.
- Fluent in French and English (written/verbal); German or Spanish is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a diplomatic approach.
- Proactive, analytical problem-solving mindset with decision-making capabilities.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Airbus ecosystem (processes, departments, roles).
