Job Description

The department's mission is to design, develop, integrate, and deliver on time, on cost, and on quality the Training and Operations Support Solutions required by Airbus Defence and Space Customers. This includes course content and operational documentation development, as well as training support and delivery.

The mission of this area is to provide services to support the Training Centres operated either by Airbus Defence and Space or its Customers at their Operating Bases and oversee all training operations delivered worldwide under TAST end-to-end responsibilities. The expertise located in this area is also used as a Training Centres Service Asset to supply knowledge to other programs. In this way, other Training Centres Management, as required, could also be carried out by the Jobholder.

Responsibilities

The Jobholder reports to the Head of Training Centres Services and will coordinate its actions also with the A400M Training Programme Representative and with A400M ES SPM. The Jobholder operationally leads the delivery of the In-Service Support contract, including:

  • FFS Maintenance & Operations
  • Instructor Operations maintaining the Seville ITC indoctrination and quality
  • Courses/Mission Scenarios and Database Development Operations customization
  • A400M Training Contractual performance commitments delivery
  • High-quality courses customization and training aids scenario generation
  • CoCs support and insight for the benefit of SAF training service.
