Job Description
Technical Publications Manager at Airbus Defence and Space
Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a dedicated Technical Publications Manager to report directly to the ILS Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the production and issuance of critical technical data and publications, supporting a diverse portfolio of Secure Communication projects. Your assignments will range from numerous short-term tasks to extensive, complex programs spanning several months or even years.
A critical requirement for this position is the ability to obtain or already possess a UK Eyes Only SC/DV Security Clearance through the UK Intelligence Community (UKIC) process.

How You Will Contribute To The Team
- Manage and configure technical data and publications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Produce and issue high-quality technical data and publications for various projects.
- Maintain and update technical data and publications as required to reflect changes and new information.
- Provide regular progress reports to customers, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
About You
- Possess a strong understanding of delivering technical data and information manuals to the Ministry of Defence (MoD).
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of production standards, with particular emphasis on S1000D.
- Exhibit the ability to write, edit, and effectively translate complex technical data into clear, concise, and user-friendly publications and manuals.
