About the Graduate Program
Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? AIRBUS offers more than 70 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027. The program starts on October 5th, 2026, and ends on October 1st, 2027. We are seeking recent graduates from various disciplines who are interested in developing their professional careers in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands new perspectives in how we look, think, and relate. The selection process will take place from April 2026 to July 2026.
Program Overview
Airbus, in collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, has developed an exclusive program (Discover) for individuals interested in gaining essential skills for future professionals. You will have the opportunity to pursue a Master's degree, structured into three training blocks, designed to help you discover the most in-demand skills today. This will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, allowing you to learn and supplement your academic background. The internship begins in early October 2026 and lasts for 11 months (August is disabled for all purposes). This is a full-time experience (40h/week), and you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description: Ethics & Compliance Intern
Join the Ethics and Compliance team in Getafe! This internship will provide you with knowledge and experience in applying compliance policy and process frameworks within a dynamic aerospace business setting. You will gain experience in detecting, preventing, mitigating, and resolving risks associated with international business deals, with a primary focus on preventing corruption, fraud, and conflicts of interest. You will also learn to interact in a multicultural environment across various functions and enhance your hard and soft skills through day-to-day business demands, under the guidance of experienced compliance professionals.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assistance in compliance risk analysis and verifications during the business acquisition process, including country-specific reviews.
- Due diligence of third parties and documentary filing.
- Review and negotiation of compliance clauses in contractual settings.
- Monitoring of Affiliates in their execution of compliance policy and processes and in internal remediation activities linked to audit findings and recommendations.
- Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Supplier checks, including interface with AML aspects.
- Regulatory monitoring of changes in the compliance field and related industry standards.
- Delivery of trainings and preparation of presentations for lessons learned cases.
- Preliminary fact-finding in support of investigations.
- Evaluation and approval process for Gifts, Hospitalities, Sponsors, Donations, and Memberships associated with sales campaigns.
Required Skills
As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Mandatory: University Bachelor Degree followed by Master education in Law Studies, with preferably complementary education in Business Administration or Finance.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle commercially sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Outstanding analytical thinking and capacity to simplify complex matters for efficient reporting.
- Ability to structure, analyze, and maintain data using Google and Microsoft applications (Sheets, Files, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Artificial Intelligence tools.
- Excellent and accurate verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. French and/or German are desirable.
- High motivation to learn by doing in Compliance matters, with a proactive, respectful, and friendly attitude, resilience, adaptability, and a team-player mentality with ego under control.
- Desirable: Previous internship or professional experience in a multinational environment, law firm, or international institution.
