About the role

About the Role

An opportunity has arisen within the A400M Program, specifically within the Production Quality area in San Pablo (Sevilla). We are currently offering a temporary opportunity at Tablada PreFAL in Seville, focusing on the A400M Program. Your mission, as part of Production Quality, will be to increase customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As the Quality Conformance Manager (QCM) and Configuration Conformity Management and Documentation (CCMD) Manager, your mission will be to:

  • Manage Product Conformance and Configuration Conformity activities and resources, coordinating FTEs throughout the entire product life cycle.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and coordinate Continuous Improvement, Preventive, and Corrective Actions with HTP, FSF, and PwP Quality Operational Managers.
  • Manage FAL and DC support and Outstanding Works KPI and reporting.
  • Be accountable for Configuration Conformity Management and Documentation (CCMD) during assembly in Tablada and throughout FAL/DC activities.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of Configuration and Conformity Documentation for any handover or milestone.

Main Activities

  • Follow up on findings and escapes across Tablada, FAL, DC, and in-service operations, coordinating resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Lead and foster cross-functional resolution teams.
  • Align team improvement activities, Quality Excellence, and OES.
  • Lead and be a referent for CCMD activities.
  • Sustain configuration management methods, processes, and related tools throughout the entire product life cycle.
  • Perform configuration management: define, plan, schedule, and organize activities, and identify configuration items to be placed under formal configuration control.
  • Ensure timely and quality availability of CAIR, EASA F1, CoC, and any other configuration or conformity documentation to be validated and signed.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Around 5 years of experience with the A400M aircraft.
  • High adaptability to work on new topics, new business, and in a network mode.
  • Advanced level in English.
  • Advanced level in Spanish.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to propose new ideas.
