You will manage complex sourcing activities and supplier ecosystems that power our future, covering everything from Enterprise Software (SaaS/On-premise) and Digital Services (ESN) to Critical IT Infrastructure (Cloud/Hardware) for all Airbus Divisions (Aircraft, Helicopters, Defence & Space).
Your working environment:

Ideally located between the Mediterranean sea and the Atlantic ocean and close to the Pyrenees mountains, it offers plenty of options for outdoor activities!
How we care for you:
- Financial rewards: Attractive salary, agreements on success and profit sharing schemes, employee savings plan abounded by Airbus and employee stock purchase plan on a voluntary basis.
- Work / Life Balance: Extra days-off for special occasions, holiday transfer option, a Staff council offering many social, cultural and sport activities and other services.
- Wellbeing / Health: Complementary health insurance coverage (disability, invalidity, death). Depending on the site: health services center, concierge services, gym, carpooling application.
- Individual development: Great upskilling opportunities and development prospects with unlimited access to +10.000 e-learning courses to develop your employability, certifications, expert career path, accelerated development programmes, national and international mobility.
At Airbus, we support you to work, connect and collaborate more easily and flexibly. Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.
Your challenges:
- Strategic Sourcing & Tech Intelligence: Lead end-to-end tendering (RFI/RFP) for high-stakes technology. You won't just buy "services"; you will source innovative solutions in Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, AI, and Data Analytics.
- Complex Contract & License Management: Negotiate and monitor the lifecycle of complex agreements (SaaS, ELA, Managed Services). You will ensure that Software Asset Management (SAM) and compliance rules are respected throughout the contract life.
- Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as a strategic partner for our IM (Information Management) and Digital teams. You will bridge the gap between technical requirements (API, Architecture, Cybersecurity) and commercial excellence.
- Value & Risk Optimization: Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reductions while mitigating digital-specific risks (Data Privacy, GDPR, vendor lock-in, and sovereignty).
- Agile Collaboration: Thrive in a multidisciplinary environment, working within Multi-Functional Teams (MFT) to align IT strategies with Airbus’s industrial goals.
Your boarding pass:
- Education: Master’s Degree from a Business or Engineering school with a strong interest in technology.
- Experience: At least 2 to 5 years of experience in Procurement, with a proven track record in IT, Software, or Digital services sourcing.
- Digital DNA: You understand the difference between PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS. You are familiar with Agile methodologies and tech-driven data analysis.
- Negotiation Master: Strong ability to negotiate with global tech giants and specialized startups alike.
- Communication: Fluent in English (C1/C2). You can present complex digital business cases to both technical experts and top management.
- Mindset: Analytical, autonomous, and curious about the latest tech trends. High level of integrity and a collaborative spirit.
