As a Staff Advanced Analytics Community Support AI Assistant, you will be a hands-on advanced analyst responsible for building analytical solutions, partnering with product teams and business leaders, and driving data-informed decisions within the Customer Service (CS) organization.

The Difference You Will Make

Act as a data thought partner providing insights and recommendations across marketplace teams. You will drive day-to-day product analytics and develop scalable analytical solutions while improving guest and host interactions with CS products like AI Assistant, IVR, and other agent-assisting tools.

A Typical Day

  • Own the product analytics roadmap and project delivery for Contact Center Product analytics.
  • Lead end-to-end measurement for AI systems by aligning metrics with business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineering to establish scalable logging and observability for LLM workflows.
  • Design and evaluate A/B and causal tests to assess AI feature impacts.
  • Translate insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Your Expertise

Require 12+ years in the industry with advanced degrees in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science. Must have expert communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences along with proficiency in Python, SQL, A/B testing, EDA, machine learning, NLP, and LLM architectures. Experience in building metrics, professional analytics projects, and familiarity with Agentic AI systems is essential.

Your Location

This position is US - Remote Eligible. Candidates must reside in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity, with occasional requirements to work from an Airbnb office or offsite events.

How We'll Take Care Of You

The role offers competitive base pay ($176,000—$220,000 USD) along with eligibility for bonuses, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits based on various factors.
