The Difference You Will Make

As a Senior Market Manager, you will ensure the health and expansion of supply in the West Territory by managing hosts and acquiring high-quality inventory. You will enhance Airbnb's market presence through strategic partnerships, localized supply management, and innovative acquisition strategies.

A Typical Day

  • Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with high-value partners.
  • Prospect and onboard new, high-quality supply.
  • Educate partners on product updates and relay feedback to internal teams.
  • Leverage data to identify strategic growth opportunities.
  • Build scalable frameworks, reporting, and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with SalesOps, RevOps, and global peers.
  • Lead innovative engagement projects with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, communications, policy, legal, tax, and customer support teams.
  • Provide technical guidance on API partnerships.
  • Represent Airbnb in external meetings and conferences.

Your Expertise

  • 8+ years experience in sales, account management, or team leadership.
  • Background in travel, hospitality, or online marketplaces preferred.
  • Proven success managing strategic accounts and driving growth.
  • Strong quantitative, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland, or Seattle with quarterly travel.
  • Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy.
