The Marketing Operations Team
The Marketing Operations team sits at the intersection of Marketing, MarTech, and Creative. They drive top-line growth by executing high-impact, user-facing campaigns across channels including email, push, and in-app messaging. Collaboration with global teams and partners ensures the creation of world-class campaigns.
The Difference You Will Make
As the Senior Growth Marketing Operations Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns. Your focus will be on maintaining data accuracy, managing workflows, and ensuring campaigns are performance-driven and aligned with business goals. Your work will boost engagement, increase bookings, and enhance operational efficiency.
A Typical Day
- Design and implement dynamic, personalized email content using segmentation and behavioral triggers.
- Write and optimize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for responsive email templates.
- Monitor email deliverability and address issues in collaboration with MarTech and compliance teams.
- Manage campaign production workflows and coordinate with various partners to improve campaign efficiency.
Your Expertise
- 8+ years of experience in building and executing large-scale personalized campaigns.
- Expertise with enterprise-level ESPs and familiarity with in-house CRM systems.
- Proficient with dynamic content, personalization, and email marketing automation.
- Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholder interactions.
Your Location
This position is US - Remote Eligible. Occasional in-office work or offsites may be required based on manager discussions. Applicants must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.

Compensation & Benefits
This full-time role offers competitive base pay along with bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits. The current pay range is $139,000 to $163,000 USD.
