Role Overview
The Senior Enablement Manager - Community is responsible for supporting Community Powered Growth initiatives. You will work with field teams, develop onboarding programs, and create training materials to enable host communities and Community Engagement teams worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and assess enablement programs for community growth.
- Create and deliver onboarding and training programs globally.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to develop educational content.
- Develop toolkits including eLearning, guides, worksheets, templates, and videos.
- Manage content through Highspot and continuously iterate based on feedback.
- Communicate program progress and roadmap to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in operations, sales, or enablement roles.
- 3+ years in enablement, L&D, or instructional design.
- Strong instructional design skills with a proven portfolio.
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Salesforce, Excel, GSuite, and Highspot.
