As the Platform Lead for Community Support Operations, you will champion a winning strategy by imagining the ideal end state for our community and working backwards to deliver actionable results. This role requires a hands-on leader who works closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science.

A Typical Day
- Own and drive the technology strategy in your space.
- Manage a world-class platform management team.
- Oversee product delivery from concept to execution.
- Create measurable objectives and key results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and product teams.
Your Expertise
- 10+ years of product experience and 5+ years in a management role.
- Strong leadership, compassionate people management and a data-driven approach.
- Proven ability to translate operational needs into product outcomes.
- Experience in global and cross-functional environments.
- Understanding of customer transactions, operational workflows and tooling.
Your Location
This position is US - Remote Eligible. Occasional work at an Airbnb office may be required based on agreement with your manager. Candidates must reside in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.

Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a competitive base pay along with potential bonus, equity, and benefits. The pay range is $224,000—$280,000 USD.
