The Community You Will Join

The position is employed by Airbnb Inc. but directly supports Airbnb.org. This nonprofit is governed by an independent Board of Directors and works globally to expand its impact.

The Difference You Will Make

The Marketing Lead is responsible for building the marketing strategy, executing campaigns, and leading event strategies to increase awareness, growth, and retention of Airbnb.org supporters. You will work with cross-functional teams including communications, growth marketing, host community, design, product, public policy, and legal.

A Typical Day

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy and roadmap for Airbnb.org.
  • Align strategies with cross-functional stakeholders and external communications.
  • Collaborate with the Airbnb Communications team to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Build strategic partnerships and support brand marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee end-to-end experiences for supporter engagement and retention.

Your Expertise

You have 12+ years of experience in marketing or community strategy, proven leadership skills, and a strong analytical mindset. Experience in the social impact space is an advantage. You must be creative, data-driven, and capable of managing complex cross-functional collaboration.

Your Location

This position is US - Remote Eligible, with occasional office work or offsite attendance based on agreements with your manager. Candidates must reside in states where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.

How We'll Take Care Of You

This role may include bonus, equity, benefits, and travel credits with a base pay range subject to various factors. The listed pay range is $196,000—$245,000 USD.
