The Community You Will Join

You will join the growing Supply Team, focused on retaining, growing, and optimizing host entrepreneurs and rising hosts within your assigned territory.

The Difference You Will Make

As a Market Associate, you are responsible for:

  • Retaining and growing long-tail host accounts
  • Building and nurturing relationships with emerging professional hosts
  • Supporting strategic initiatives like supply and pricing optimization
  • Conducting one-to-one account management as well as delivering one-to-many education programs
  • Representing Airbnb at external meetings and industry conferences

A Typical Day

Your daily activities include:

  • Managing partner relationships and achieving sales goals
  • Conducting regular optimization calls and securing high compression dates
  • Educating clients on product changes and cascading feedback internally
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, and customer support teams
  • Analyzing data to drive strategic sales opportunities

Your Expertise

  • 3+ years in new sales, account management, and partner support
  • Hospitality/travel industry experience is a plus
  • Strong time management, communication, and quantitative skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Salesforce experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and travel within your territory

The successful applicant will be based in one of the following states: CO, ID, AZ, NM, WY, UT, MT, NV, TX.

How We'll Take Care Of You

The role includes competitive base pay, bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits. Base pay is subject to various factors and may change over time.

Pay Range

$88,000—$103,000 USD
