The Community You Will Join
At Airbnb, born in 2007, you will join the Supply Team to help hosts succeed worldwide. As a Market Associate, you will play a crucial role in the retention, growth, and optimization of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts in your assigned territory.
The Difference You Will Make
You will be responsible for the retention and growth of long-tail Hosts. Your role involves nurturing business relationships, suggesting supply and pricing optimization strategies, recruiting new hosts, and educating them on best practices while maintaining exceptional hospitality standards.
A Typical Day
- Build and manage partner relationships with emerging professional host accounts.
- Manage accounts to meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Support scaled strategies for hundreds of professional hosts.
- Conduct optimization calls, secure high compression date availability, and educate clients on product updates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, and support teams.
- Analyze data to drive strategic sales opportunities in your region.
- Represent Airbnb at external meetings and industry conferences.
Your Expertise
3+ years in sales, account management and partner support with strong quantitative, communication, and CRM skills. Hospitality or travel industry experience is an asset. You should be highly self-motivated, effective with data, and able to work under changing priorities. Availability to travel and a passion for Airbnb and the sharing economy are also key.
Your Location
This role requires the applicant to be based in select US states including CO, ID, AZ, NM, WY, UT, MT, NV, and TX.

How We'll Take Care Of You
The compensation includes a base pay range of $88,000—$103,000 USD alongside potential bonuses, equity, benefits, and travel credits.
