The Community You Will Join

Join the growing Supply Team at Airbnb as a Market Associate. In this role, you will focus on retention, growth, and optimization of host entrepreneurs in your assigned territory by building strong relationships, optimizing listings, and improving pricing strategies.

  • Retain and grow long-tail Host accounts.
  • Support professional host accounts with strategic initiatives.
  • Engage in one-to-one management and scaled educational programs like webinars and emails.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and drive sales targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, policy, and support teams.

A Typical Day

  • Build and maintain relationships with emerging professional hosts.
  • Manage accounts to meet quarterly/annual sales goals.
  • Conduct optimization calls and secure high compression dates.
  • Educate clients on product changes and provide feedback internally.
  • Represent Airbnb at external meetings and industry conferences.

Your Expertise

  • 3+ years in new sales, account management, and partner support.
  • Hospitality or travel industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong time management, communication, and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with CRM software, especially Salesforce, is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and travel as needed.

Base pay is influenced by various factors including training, experience, and market demands. Compensation may include bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
