The Community You Will Join

You will join the Supply Team focused on nurturing long-tail hosts by providing dedicated account management, strategic initiatives, and platform education aimed at optimizing their performance and guest experience.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing partner relationships with emerging professional hosts.
  • Driving host retention and growth through strategic initiatives such as pricing and supply optimization.
  • Supporting education programs including webinars and email communications.
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to enhance host performance.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, and customer support teams.

A Typical Day

You will manage key accounts, conduct regular optimization calls, secure availability on high-demand dates, and travel within your assigned territory for in-person support when needed. You will also be pivotal in external representations at industry conferences, ensuring hosts adhere to best-in-class hospitality standards.

Your Expertise

To succeed in this role, you should have over 3 years of experience in new sales, account management, partner support, and preferably in the hospitality/travel industry. Strong communication skills, data analysis capabilities, CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience is a plus), and a bias for action are essential. You must be comfortable working with both strategic and tactical responsibilities and be willing to travel as required.

This role requires you to be based in one of the following states: CO, ID, AZ, NM, WY, UT, MT, NV, TX.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range is $88,000—$103,000 USD, with additional eligibility for bonuses, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
