The Community You Will Join
Join our expanding Supply Team. As a Market Associate, you will be essential in retaining, growing, and optimizing host entrepreneurs and rising hosts in your assigned territory. You will build strong relationships, optimize listings, improve pricing strategies, and support overall success on Airbnb.
The Difference You Will Make
You will:
- Manage and nurture long-tail host accounts.
- Support strategic initiatives such as supply and pricing optimization.
- Educate hosts with webinars and email communications.
- Analyze data and drive regional strategic opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with product, communications, and policy teams.
A Typical Day
- Build and manage partner relationships with professional host accounts.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Conduct regular optimization calls and secure high compression dates.
- Educate and communicate significant product changes.
- Represent Airbnb in external meetings and conferences.
Your Expertise
- 3+ years in new sales, account management, and partner support.
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software; Salesforce experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work both strategically and tactically in a dynamic environment.
Your Location
You must be based in CO, ID, AZ, NM, WY, UT, MT, NV, or TX. Specific state eligibility is confirmed by your recruiter.

Compensation & Benefits
The role offers a base pay ranging from $88,000 to $103,000 USD along with bonuses, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
