The Community You Will Join

As part of the Supply Team, you will play a crucial role in retaining, growing, and optimizing host entrepreneurs and rising hosts in your assigned territory. You will help optimize listings, improve pricing strategies, and enhance overall success on Airbnb.

  • Retain and grow long-tail hosts within your territory.
  • Establish strong business relationships with emerging professional host accounts.
  • Support strategic initiatives like supply and pricing optimization, host recruitment, and platform education.
  • Assist Senior Market Managers with webinars and large-scale communications.
  • Analyze data to drive strategic opportunities and increase sales.

A Typical Day

  • Build and manage partner relationships with professional host accounts.
  • Directly manage accounts to achieve quarterly/annual sales goals.
  • Conduct regular calls and in-person visits to optimize host performance.
  • Educate clients on product changes and relay feedback to internal teams.
  • Represent Airbnb at external meetings and industry conferences.

Your Expertise

  • 3+ years in sales, account management, and partner support.
  • Hospitality or travel industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong time management and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
  • Experience in using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.

Your Location

You must be based in one of the following states: CO, ID, AZ, NM, WY, UT, MT, NV, TX. Eligibility details will be provided by your recruiter if employed by another Airbnb entity.

How We'll Take Care Of You

This role may offer bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits. Actual base pay depends on various factors and is subject to change.

Pay Range

$88,000—$103,000 USD.
