Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests in San Francisco. Today, Airbnb connects millions of hosts and billions of guest arrivals globally. As a Market Associate, you will be key in retaining, growing, and optimizing host entrepreneurs in your assigned territory.

The Community You Will Join

You will join a growing Supply Team that focuses on building strong relationships with hosts, optimizing listings, and enhancing pricing strategies to ensure host success.

The Difference You Will Make

  • Manage long-tail hosts and help improve their success on Airbnb.
  • Nurture emerging professional host accounts with strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver one-on-one account management and scalable education programs.
  • Advise on supply and pricing optimization, and best-in-class hospitality.

A Typical Day

  • Manage a book of business including host entrepreneurs and rising hosts.
  • Conduct optimization and onboarding conversations with hosts.
  • Secure high compression dates to maximize revenue.
  • Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide high-quality support.
  • Analyze performance data to drive increased bookings.
  • Develop long-lasting relationships through tailored support.

Your Expertise

  • 3+ years experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.
  • 2+ years in hospitality/travel industry (preferred).
  • Strong time management and multiple account management skills.
  • Proven track record managing a book of business.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a bonus.

This role requires the successful applicant to be based in Georgia or Florida.

How We'll Take Care Of You

Compensation is based on training, skills, experience, market demands, and other factors. This role includes potential bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

Pay Range

$88,000—$103,000 USD
