The Difference You Will Make
As the Manager, Global Mobility, you will lead a high-impact team through Airbnb’s transformation into a service-led, shared-services model. You will manage end-to-end mobility programs, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, partner with global vendors, and work closely with Legal, Payroll, Total Rewards, FP&A, and Talent.
A Typical Day
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead a team of 5 professionals, define service-center model, set KPIs and SLAs, and align mobility strategy with global workforce goals.
- Program Oversight: Own policies across immigration, relocation, remote work, and business travel while ensuring regulatory compliance and proactively managing risks.
- Operational Excellence: Standardize processes and automation using tools like Workday, MyTrips, and Asana; manage SOPs and financial controls.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage external partners and collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Recruiting, and FP&A to drive policy and cost management.
- People Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Expertise
You bring 10+ years of progressive experience in global mobility, immigration, or related HR/Total Rewards functions with strong leadership skills. A deep knowledge of U.S. and global immigration and mobility practices is required, along with a proven track record in designing scalable programs and managing cross-functional partnerships. Experience with case management tools and risk management in complex environments is highly valued.
Your Location
This position is US - Remote Eligible. Occasional travel to an Airbnb office or offsite meetings may be required, and you must reside in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.

How We'll Take Care Of You
Compensation includes base pay (currently in the range of $160,000—$200,000 USD), bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits, subject to various factors.
