Community You Will Join
Join the Privacy Legal EMEA team as a full-time summer intern starting in June. The Privacy Legal team supports Airbnb's product development and privacy compliance globally, advising on U.S. laws, EU GDPR, Brazil LGPD and more.
What You Will Do as Legal Intern Privacy EMEA
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project milestones.
- Communicate updates to Legal and other stakeholders.
- Research privacy laws, review draft privacy agreements, and support implementations.
- Engage with global Legal counterparts, engineers, and Privacy operations teams.
- Participate actively in the Legal and broader Airbnb community.
Your Expertise
Candidates must be current law students with completed privacy coursework, GDPR certification, or prior privacy experience. You must be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is required. Applicants must reside and have work authorization in France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, or the UK.

Compensation & Benefits
Annual pay ranges vary by country (e.g., €25,000 in France/Ireland, €20,000 in Italy/Spain, and £25,000 in the UK). Benefits and Employee Travel Credits may also apply.
