The Community You Will Join
Join the Privacy Legal EMEA team as a full-time summer intern starting in June. The team supports global product development and ensures compliance with privacy laws including GDPR, U.S. privacy regulations, and Brazil’s LGPD.
The Difference You Will Make
As an intern, you will contribute to challenging projects, receive mentorship and support, and work with cross-functional global teams to address complex legal issues.
A Typical Day
You will research privacy laws, review draft privacy agreements, support the implementation of new legal requirements, and collaborate with global legal counterparts, engineers, and privacy operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to meet project milestones.
- Communicate updates with the Legal team and stakeholders.
- Provide and solicit feedback throughout the internship.
- Participate actively in the broader Airbnb Legal community.
Your Expertise
This role is for current law students with privacy coursework, GDPR certification, or privacy experience. Strong communication, research, and organizational skills are essential. Must be fluent in English and based in France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, or the UK.

Compensation
Base pay ranges vary by country: France and Ireland at €25,000, Italy and Spain at €20,000, and the United Kingdom at £25,000 annually. Benefits and Employee Travel Credits may also apply.
