The Community You Will Join

You will oversee and coordinate content efforts, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure that all content aligns with Airbnb's tone and style standards. You will manage content quality programs, optimize CKM processes, and lead training initiatives.

Your Expertise

Applicants should hold a BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience, and demonstrate a rich background in multifaceted technical writing, SEO/GEO practices, and content optimization. Familiarity with authoring tools like ContentStack, Drupal, and Confluence is required, as is a solid grasp of style guides such as the Chicago Manual of Style.

Working Arrangement & Compensation

This position is US remote eligible and subject to work from an approved state with Airbnb’s registered entities. The role offers base pay ranging from $129,000 to $152,000 USD along with bonus, equity, benefits, and travel credits.
