The Community You Will Join

You’ll be part of Airbnb’s Marketing Strategic Finance & Analytics team, a collaborative group that shapes the Brand Marketing organization’s financial strategy and growth trajectory. This team partners with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Hosting, Financial Operations, Data Science, and Research to drive insights and strategic decisions globally.

The Difference You Will Make

As a critical finance and strategy leader, you will deliver actionable insights, rigorous financial analyses, and measurable improvements in KPI attainment, campaign ROI, and budget efficiency. You will drive cross-functional alignment and champion operational excellence to empower Airbnb to make data-driven, strategic decisions.

A Typical Day

  • Lead budget forecasting and tracking with Financial Operations.
  • Develop and monitor KPI frameworks, targets, and OKRs.
  • Conduct deep analytical dives into business trends and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to design and evaluate marketing strategies.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations and manage reporting requirements.
  • Facilitate complex, large-scale processes across global teams and agency partners.
  • Lead ROI analyses integrating quantitative and qualitative impacts.

Your Expertise

  • 8+ years of experience in finance, analytics, FP&A, or strategy consulting.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Proven track record in budget planning, forecasting, and media buying operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience in executive-level presentations.
  • Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous, high-growth environments while being proactive.
  • Preferred international collaboration and media buying operations experience.

Your Location

This position is US - Remote Eligible. Occasional in-office work or offsites may be required as agreed with your manager. Candidates must reside in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.
