The Community You Will Join
As part of the Homes Business Analytics team within the Finance organization, the Advanced Analytics Intern will support integrated, data-driven decision making. The team focuses on operational excellence and community experience through analytical deep dives, experiments, and objective measurement of success.

- Develop comprehensive, high quality data analysis.
- Partner across Product Marketing, Engineering, and Design.
- Utilize data methodologies to monitor product performance.
A Typical Day
Interns undertake a capstone project from start to finish, collaborate with multiple team members, communicate with stakeholders, and actively engage with both the Finance/Advanced Analytics team and the broader Airbnb community.
Your Expertise
- Full-time Master’s or MBA student in a quantitative field with one semester remaining.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Robust data, statistical analysis, and analytics skills.
- Experience in SQL and one programming language (Python or R).
- Preferred: Familiarity with product analytics and A/B testing.
- Work authorization in the United States required.
Location
This position is US - Remote Eligible. Occasional work at an Airbnb office or offsites may be required.
