How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As an intern within the Influence department, you will play a key role in the visibility of Air Liquide's activities (know-how, innovations, commitments). Working directly with internal stakeholders and our partner agency, you will actively participate in the operational deployment and evolution of the Group's social media strategy.Your missions will revolve around four major pillars:

Editorial Strategy & Animation

Bring the brand to life daily on our corporate accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube):
  • Editorial calendar management: Conception and writing of posts, planning of sequences, and rigorous follow-up of the validation process.
  • Content production: Creation of diverse and engaging formats (videos, carousels, visuals, cards) in collaboration with the team and the agency.
  • Strategic angle: Identification of promising topics with our internal experts to transform complex industrial themes into impactful content.

Distribution & Performance

Ensure optimal visibility of our messages and measure their real impact:
  • Tool management: Use of programming and publication platforms (Social Listening & Publishing tools).
  • Social Ads: Monitoring the performance of sponsored content and analyzing key indicators (KPIs) in coordination with the team and the agency.
  • Engagement optimization: Identification of growth levers and specific channels to maximize the organic reach of publications.

Moderation & Community Management

Be the voice of Air Liquide and maintain quality dialogue with our communities:
  • Interactivity: Daily management of direct messages, mentions, and comments across the social ecosystem.
  • Editorial expertise: Adaptation of speaking points and collaboration with subject matter experts to answer technical or sensitive questions.
  • Community pulse: Analysis of community sentiment to detect reputational risks or opportunities for positive engagement.

Monitoring & Social Listening

Decipher the digital ecosystem to anticipate trends and protect the brand:
  • Sectoral monitoring: Surveillance of strategic themes (decarbonization, electronics, hydrogen, health...) and competitors to inform editorial thinking.
  • Creative monitoring: Identification of emerging new formats, algorithm evolutions, and viral trends and news.
  • Strategic reporting: Writing summary notes and real-time alerts on weak signals or high-stakes topics.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Preferred education: Communication or Journalism (especially CELSA, Sciences po, Dauphine, IAE, EFAP, ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC, Grenoble EM, Kedge, Rennes SB, Audencia, Neoma)
  • Work-study rhythm: 1 week at school / 2 or 3 weeks in the company, or 1 day at school / 4 days in the company.
  • Ideally, a first successful experience in communication (agency, large group, etc.) and/or social media.
