How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Within a production unit for the cryogenic lines of the Ariane 6 launcher, you will participate in various non-destructive tests of parts during their manufacturing. The position revolves around several types of non-destructive testing. Digital Radiographic inspection, combined with wipe penetrant testing, represents the majority of the role's expectations. Other techniques, such as leak testing, impression taking, and others, may complement the inspections throughout the manufacturing cycle. Throughout the production process, you will participate in the implementation of non-destructive tests and ensure product conformity. As such, your responsibilities will include:
- Controlling finished and semi-finished products in compliance with the requirements of manufacturing orders, associated procedures, and aspects of safety, quality, cost, and deadlines.
- Writing inspection reports, and in case of anomalies, opening non-conformity reports in the appropriate application.
- Assisting with various handling tasks and preparing for inspections.
- More generally, contributing to the continuous improvement of the workshop and work methods.
For this position, the focus is on Digital Radiography RX (FrANDTB RT level 2 DR.RA - EN 4179) and Penetrant Testing (FrANDTB RT level 2 PT D.A). Other inspections carried out within the Space BU include: Visual Inspection (VT), Leak Testing (LT), endoscopic tests, dimensional control, low-voltage electrical controls, cleanliness control by particle and molecular counting, infrared spectrometry, and tensile testing.

Expected Skills:
- Body mechanics and posture.
- Knowledge of digital radiography and TIG Aluminum and Stainless Steel welding.
- Knowledge of IT tools (Google Workspace, non-conformity reporting application, etc.).
- Knowledge of handling techniques or demonstrated aptitude in handling (crane, stacker, etc.).
