Job Description

About Air Liquide's Campus Innovation Paris

The Campus Innovation Paris, located in Les Loges en Josas (78), is Air Liquide's largest R&D center. It is dedicated to developing innovative solutions across all of the Group's business activities. With over 250 researchers working in 48 state-of-the-art laboratories and experimental platforms, the center explores a wide range of research domains.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

In the context of digitalizing our training and awareness materials on safety topics (HSE, risk management, etc.), we aim to create new content using Google Slides and Virtual Reality (VR). The two projects will focus on:

1. Newcomer Safety Training and Industrial Management System

Starting from an existing Google Slides presentation, propose and create new content by:
  • Identifying impactful communication methods (e.g., interactive games between trainer and audience).
  • Comparing existing safety onboarding materials within Air Liquide and similar companies to draw inspiration.
  • Developing a user evaluation for this training.
Creating VR safety training modules for newcomers, integrating new topics mandated by our industrial management system. This will involve:
  • Writing training scenarios.
  • Designing VR training modules.
  • Producing 3D videos.
  • Organizing and filming short scenes.
  • Staging (actors, set design).
  • Recruiting volunteer participants.
  • Utilizing the Uptale platform for VR training creation.
  • Communicating and launching the final product.

2. Digital Safety Training

Adapting and translating an existing VR training module into English for deployment across other Campus Innovation sites (USA, Germany, China, Japan). This includes:
  • Facilitating communication with contacts at other campuses.
  • Creating new VR content.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Master's degree in Communication School / Media.
  • Agility with IT tools (configuration and creation of no-code immersive modules, video editing).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in industrial and technical subjects (digital safety, health, environment) to understand R&D roles and associated risks.
  • Ability to coordinate, supporting the project manager, with various project stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written).
  • Capacity to manage time effectively across multiple concurrent projects.
