Apprenticeship User Researcher (UX/UR) at Air Liquide
The UX/UR Chapter team, comprised of about ten people and two competencies – user research and design – designs and develops digital products and services, or those integrating AI (Artificial Intelligence) worldwide. This enables more efficient processes and improves the experience of our employees, customers, and patients. By leveraging data, we also develop new approaches with business teams, allowing them to make the best decisions, create solutions that generate a competitive advantage, while minimizing our carbon footprint and that of our customers.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
As an Apprenticeship User Researcher (UX/UR), you will:
- Participate in selecting an adapted research methodology.
- Assist in preparing for field data collection (e.g., writing interview guides, developing questionnaires).
- Participate in collecting the needs and expectations of patients, customers, users, and employees (e.g., conducting interviews, taking notes…).
- Participate in facilitating workshops to engage and align stakeholders.
- Participate in modeling observed interactions with accessible and engaging representations (e.g., journey mapping, process mapping).
- Model user concepts and journeys.
- Provide recommendations to improve and enrich studied services, focusing on needs and uses.
- Work on extremely diverse subjects, both digital and AI, reflecting the diversity of Air Liquide's markets (e.g., typical profiles include nurses, truck drivers, buyers, beverage distributors, or Air Liquide employees).
- Be an ambassador for user-centered approaches.
Are you a MATCH?
Academic Background
Bac +4 or +5 in a design program with a very strong interest in understanding human behavior, uses, and emotions.
Experience Level
First internship in user research or a school project focused on experimental and observational research methods.
