Job Description

About the UX/UR Chapter Team

The UX/UR Chapter team, composed of about ten people with expertise in user research and design, conceptualizes and develops digital products and services, including those integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI), for global application. These solutions aim to improve the efficiency of processes and enhance the experience for our employees, customers, and patients. By leveraging data, we also develop new approaches with business teams to enable them to make optimal decisions and create solutions that provide a competitive advantage, while minimizing our environmental impact and that of our clients.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As a User Researcher, you will:

  • Participate in selecting appropriate research methodologies.
  • Assist in preparing for field data collection (e.g., drafting interview guides, developing questionnaires).
  • Contribute to gathering the needs and expectations of patients, customers, users, and employees (e.g., conducting interviews, taking notes).
  • Participate in facilitating workshops to engage and align stakeholders.
  • Assist in modeling observed interactions with accessible and engaging representations (e.g., journey mapping, process mapping).
  • Model user concepts and journeys.
  • Provide recommendations to improve and enrich the studied services, focusing on needs and usage.
  • Work on extremely diverse digital and AI-related topics reflecting the variety of Air Liquide's markets (e.g., nurses, truck drivers, buyers, beverage distributors, or Air Liquide employees).
  • Act as an ambassador for user-centered approaches.

Are you a MATCH?

Academic Background

Bac +4 or +5 in design, with a strong interest in understanding human behaviors, usage, and emotions.

Experience Level

First internship in user research or a school project focused on experimental and observational research methods.
