Job Description
Stage Ventilator-Lung Simulator Interaction
Air Liquide Medical Systems, a subsidiary of Air Liquide Healthcare focused on Medical Devices, is seeking an intern to join the Verification & Validation team within the R&D department. This role involves enhancing an automated test bench for analyzing interactions between a lung simulator and a ventilator.
Key Responsibilities
- Familiarize with the new lung simulator and compare it to existing systems.
- Implement the SNMP communication protocol using Python.
- Apply learnings to all Air Liquide Medical Systems ventilators.
- Adapt the test bench for patients with respiratory activity and premature newborns.
- Develop automation capabilities, including flow waveform transition analysis, patient category changes, physical circuit changes using a robotic arm, and report generation.
Candidate Profile
- Currently pursuing an engineering degree (Bac+4/5) in a general engineering program with a specialization in Automation, Robotics, or Mechatronics.
- Previous programming experience applied in projects.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Python development (essential).
- Automation.
- Experience with Google Test is a plus.
- Experience with Matlab is a plus.
- Embedded systems.
