About the Role

The Project Manager, Technology at Air Canada will drive and deliver IT projects through all phases of the project lifecycle. You will oversee the inception, planning, implementation, quality control, and analysis of complex technical projects while ensuring all deliverables meet stakeholder requirements in terms of timeline, scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle of IT projects
  • Identify, articulate, and escalate risks and issues
  • Ensure deliverables adhere to Air Canada's project management methodologies
  • Maintain business process standards to mitigate transformation risks

Qualifications & Certifications

A relevant university degree or technical certification is required along with extensive experience in managing large programs. Experience in roles such as Delivery Lead, RTE, or Scrum Master is highly preferred. Certification in Project Management, Agile, and Scrum by a recognized organization is required. Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Bilingual candidates are preferred based on equal qualifications.
