Overview
Join Air Canada, an iconic Canadian airline recently ranked the best in North America, as an Analyst, Fraud. In this role, you will be part of the Fraud and Loyalty Program Compliance team dedicated to preventing fraud and minimizing losses through analytical investigations.
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze large data sets to identify fraudulent patterns.
- Perform technical investigations on cyber and online fraud and loyalty program non-compliance.
- Identify and report control weaknesses and provide rules optimization suggestions.
- Conduct internal and external multi-source investigations across various systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and IT to enhance fraud prevention strategies.
- Manage escalations and maintain detailed tracking of fraud incidents.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in fraud analytics, expertise in Business Intelligence tools like Excel and Power BI, and strong SQL skills are required. Knowledge of airline industry loyalty programs and bilingual abilities are assets.
Conditions Of Employment
