Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the financial department within a team of 5 people under the supervision of the administrative and financial manager, you will be involved in the daily management of accounting operations. Your missions will include:
- Entry of accounting entries (purchases, sales, banks, journal entries)
- Entry and control of supplier invoices
- Management of expense reports
- Preparation of payment campaigns
- Supplier relationship management (follow-ups, disputes, schedule monitoring, information requests...)
- Monitoring of committed expenses and follow-up with managers for missing justifications
- Monitoring of receipts and management of customer follow-ups
- Account reconciliation and justification
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Participation in the preparation of current tax declarations (VAT, Corporate Tax, CVAE, DAS2, etc.)
- Participation in monthly and annual closing processes (accruals, provisions, etc.)
- Contribution to the preparation of financial statements
- Filing and archiving of accounting documents
Qualifications:
- Bac +2 to Bac +5 in accounting/finance (BTS CG, DCG, DSCG or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting (internship, work-study, or first job), ideally in a firm or service environment
- Good command of general accounting principles and French GAAP (PCG)
- Good command of Excel
- Knowledge of an ERP or accounting software (Sage, Cegid...)
- Knowledge of project management or time tracking tools, ideally VSA, is a plus
- Knowledge of current tax obligations
- Rigor and organizational skills
- Respect for deadlines and ability to manage priorities
- Good interpersonal skills (frequent interactions with operational teams)
