Overview
The Senior Manager, Compliance Data Analytics & Monitoring role at AIG is responsible for partnering with the GLCR Data Analytics & Automation (GLCR DAA) team to oversee and support the Compliance Testing and Data Analytics & Monitoring program. This role is integral in providing ongoing surveillance, review, and analysis of key risk indicators to identify red flags and potential compliance violations.
Role Responsibilities
As a representative of Compliance, you will:
- Partner with the GLCR DAA team to deliver the annual Compliance Testing plan using automation platforms.
- Oversee the testing plan by engaging with local Compliance Officers and reviewing BRDs.
- Monitor test statuses, provide feedback, and ensure proper documentation in SharePoint.
- Assist in performing tests and suggest new automation opportunities.
- Develop, build, and maintain innovative Compliance Monitoring Platforms across various LOBs.
- Provide oversight for ongoing monitoring/automation activities and ensure high quality results.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify compliance patterns and interpret results.
- Lead training follow-up automation processes and Code of Conduct Certification automation.
- Perform quality assurance for new tools such as KNIME, Power BI, SQL Server, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Maintain an inventory of existing tools and collaborate on maintenance and upgrades.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Over 5 years of Compliance Data Analytics experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL Server, Power Apps, KNIME, and/or Power Automate.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
Compensation & Benefits
For roles located in New York, the base salary range is $136,000-$165,000 with eligibility for a bonus as per the incentive plan. AIG offers a comprehensive benefits package through its Total Rewards Program including health, wellbeing, financial security, and professional development.
