Do you know how to pitch brands, open doors, and turn cold emails into signed deals? We're looking for a driven Outreach Expert who can represent our influencers and secure brand collaborations that deliver real results!

What you'll do:

• Proactively reach out to brands on behalf of our influencers
• Pitch influencer profiles and collaboration opportunities to brand marketing teams
• Negotiate sponsorship deals, rates, and campaign terms
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with brand partners
• Research and identify brands that align with our influencers' niche & audience
• Follow up consistently and manage the outreach pipeline end-to-end

What we're looking for:

• Experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships
• Confident, persuasive communicator – via email
• Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
• Knows how brands think and what makes a compelling pitch
• Self-starter who can manage outreach independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok & influencer ecosystems

What we offer:
