The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive long-term success for strategic North American customers. You will serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of multi-year SaaS accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, deep engagement, and robust retention. Build relationships with field managers to executive stakeholders through regular check-ins, trainings, and strategic planning sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of multi-year customers and drive deep engagement.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Lead regular check-ins, training sessions, and strategic planning meetings.
  • Monitor product usage, customer health, and proactively manage risks.
  • Collaborate with Product Consultants, Project Managers, Support, and Sales.
  • Contribute to renewals and expansion efforts in partnership with Sales.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in B2B SaaS/infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
  • Highly organized with ability to balance multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Quick learner confident in explaining software platforms and data dashboards.
  • Experience with utilities or field-heavy industries is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive annual salary range of 100,000 to 140,000 with base pay, performance-based bonus, and equity compensation.
