About the Team and Position

The Customer Digital Experience team operates AIA's primary digital touchpoints, the AIA+ mobile app and official website. They analyze customer behavioral data to design better digital customer experiences and connect them to business performance.The Business Data Analyst will understand customer behavior based on various operational and digital data. They will support customer experience improvement, digital performance enhancement, and data-driven decision-making through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis and Business Insight Generation

• Analyze customer behavior and lead response data from digital channels like the AIA+ app and website.
• Identify issues and opportunities for improvement in the customer journey and overall operations.
• Translate analysis results into actionable improvement tasks and initiatives.

2. Customer Data Analysis Environment and Model Operation

• Build an analysis environment by linking operational and digital data, and improve data structures.
• Develop and operate analysis models for customer segmentation, customer behavior prediction, and customer experience improvement.

3. Operational Dashboard Construction and Decision Support

• Design and manage dashboards based on operational KPIs and digital performance metrics.
• Analyze trends and root causes of key metric changes.
• Support data-driven decision-making for leadership and relevant departments.

4. Collaboration with Group Data Team

• Collaborate with the Group Data Analytics team to apply global analysis models to business processes.
• Support the implementation of analysis results into actual business processes.

Qualifications

• Over 6 years of experience in data analysis-related roles such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Scientist.
• Experience in data analysis using SQL and R or Python.
• Experience in KPI design, data integrity verification, and data structure design.
• Experience in A/B test design and analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
• Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis within the insurance or financial industry.
• Understanding of data modeling and statistical analysis methodologies.
• Experience collaborating on personalization/recommendation/AI models for mobile apps or digital channels.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Proficiency in document creation and communication tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
