About the Role
As a Math Content Developer, you will leverage your advanced subject knowledge to train and refine AI models by creating complex reasoning challenges and providing expert feedback to enhance model performance. This role offers remote work flexibility across various regions including EU, NZ, US, UK, Argentina, Australia, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.
What You Will Be Doing
- Create challenging, graduate-level mathematics problems to test and improve AI reasoning.
- Develop grading rubrics outlining criteria for accurate and complete responses.
- Write high-quality solutions that demonstrate ideal reasoning and accuracy.
- Evaluate and provide structured, constructive feedback on AI-generated answers.
- Collaborate across projects to refine AI understanding of mathematical concepts and logic.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Mathematics or a closely related quantitative discipline.
- Expertise: Strong grasp of advanced mathematical reasoning and ability to design complex, realistic problem sets.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving ability and logical precision in evaluating AI reasoning.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in assessing model performance and peer submissions.
- Language: Fluency or high proficiency in English (written and verbal).
