About the Accounting Specialist Role

We’re hiring Accounting Experts to collaborate with a global leader in AI training data. In this role, you will use your accounting expertise to evaluate, correct, and enhance AI-generated reasoning across complex accounting scenarios. Your insights will directly improve the accuracy and intelligence of next-generation AI models used by leading technology companies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and refine complex accounting prompts and problems to test AI reasoning.
  • Develop grading rubrics that define correct and complete answers.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, logic, and completeness.
  • Write model answers and provide clear, constructive feedback.
  • Review and rank AI chains of thought for correctness and clarity.

Requirements

  • PhD or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field (current enrollment acceptable).
  • Deep expertise in financial accounting, auditing, or management accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design graduate-level problems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking.
  • Fluency in English with strong written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay: Up to $10,000 per month.
  • Schedule: Fully flexible; work 5–10 hours per week (up to 40 hours).
  • Mode: 100% Remote (global).
  • Extras: Additional performance-based rewards.
