About the Role

The Accounting Assistant will collaborate with a global leader in AI training data to evaluate, correct, and enhance AI-generated reasoning in complex accounting scenarios. Your inputs directly improve the accuracy of next-generation AI models used by leading technology companies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and refine complex accounting prompts and problems.
  • Develop grading rubrics to define correct responses.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and logic.
  • Write model answers and provide constructive feedback.
  • Review and rank AI chains of thought for clarity and methodology.

Requirements

  • PhD or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field (current enrollment acceptable).
  • Deep expertise in financial, auditing, or management accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking.
  • Fluency in English with excellent written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Earn up to $10,000/month with fully flexible hours (5–10 hours per week, up to 40 hours) in a 100% remote global setting. Additional performance-based rewards are available.
