  • Vision & Strategy: Refine product thesis and roadmap; evangelize realtime voice infrastructure.
  • Product & Tech Leadership: Achieve <400 ms latency across varied STT/LLM/TTS combos and drive early pilots to production.
  • Go-to-Market: Develop wedge-first positioning, pricing, and secure 5-10 lighthouse customers in 6 months.
  • Team Building: Recruit top engineering, product, and GTM talent while fostering a high-ownership culture.

What You Must Bring

  • Strong AI/ML literacy and ability to discuss technical details.
  • GTM excellence from shipping developer-first products and closing enterprise logos.
  • Effective stakeholder management with Fortune 500 and open-source communities.
  • Proven startup experience in building developer tools.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with WebRTC, STT/TTS, or streaming ML inference.
  • Track record of scaling conversational-AI or dev-tools startups.
  • Deep network in the AI voice ecosystem.
